Council members receive a full box per buy. Slot holders enter at a flat fee for a defined share. Everything past those commitments stays on the shelf as tournament supply.
A sponsored player draws what a registered list needs, plays the season, and returns the cards. The reserve is a library of TCG collectibles, not a payout and not a public investment product.
